Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher to manage and lead movers and drivers, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and a focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch movers and drivers for various moves
Review driver paperwork for accuracy
Use software for scheduling and move planning
Support safety and quality initiatives
Other duties as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong communication and decision-making skills
Organizational and planning abilities
Knowledge of the moving industry and FMCSA regulations
Supervisory experience
High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
Moving industry or previous Logistics experience preferred
